Natural stones are unique, often one of a kind, and require thoughtful handling from our space to yours. This page is here to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth, respectful exchange for everyone involved.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many items are one of a kind, orders are carefully packed by hand. During busy periods, holidays, or when we are traveling for sourcing, processing times may extend slightly. If timing is important, we encourage reaching out before placing your order.

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination, size, and value of the item.

Whenever possible, shipments include:

  • Tracking information

  • Protective packaging appropriate for natural stone

  • Discreet labeling

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.

Insurance & Tracking

High-value or fragile items may be insured at our discretion to ensure safe arrival.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please note that once a package is in the care of the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside of our direct control.

International Shipping

International shipping is available.  We typically use UPS express.  If you prefer a different method, please reach out.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes

  • Compliance with local regulations regarding minerals or natural materials

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can confirm availability and costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of many items we offer, all sales are generally final.

That said, we understand that clarity and alignment matter. If you have questions about an item’s size, weight, appearance, or origin, we strongly encourage you to reach out before purchasing. Additional photos or videos are often available upon request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
