Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Because many items are one of a kind, orders are carefully packed by hand. During busy periods, holidays, or when we are traveling for sourcing, processing times may extend slightly. If timing is important, we encourage reaching out before placing your order.

We ship primarily via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination, size, and value of the item.

Insurance & Tracking
High-value or fragile items may be insured at our discretion to ensure safe arrival.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please note that once a package is in the care of the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside of our direct control.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. We typically use UPS express. If you prefer a different method, please reach out.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of many items we offer, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
