🪅 Appointments & Event Policies

Appointments and events at Hidden Gem Gallery are offered as intentional, time-based experiences.

This page exists to set clear, respectful expectations so that each session, gathering, or booking can unfold with presence, care, and mutual consideration.

Booking & Confirmation

All appointments, sessions, and event space bookings must be scheduled in advance.

Once a booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant details, including date, time, location(in person or virtual), and any additional instructions. Please review this information carefully and reach out promptly if anything appears incorrect.

Appointments

Appointments may include, but are not limited to:

  • One-on-one guidance or coaching sessions

  • Stone medicine or integrative sessions

  • Private in-store shopping experiences

Appointments are offered by appointment only and are designed to provide focused, uninterrupted time.

Events & Group Experiences

Events and group experiences may include sound healing sessions, workshops, classes, or guest-led gatherings.

Some events may have limited capacity and may require advance registration. Event-specific details, including duration and group size, will be clearly listed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may not be accommodated.

For events or group experiences, rescheduling or transfer policies will be noted in the event description.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Because time is reserved intentionally, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to offer that time to others.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

We encourage open communication whenever possible.

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time in order to respect subsequent bookings. Full session fees still apply.

External Booking Platforms

Some offerings may be booked through external platforms such as Eventbrite, Calendly, Appointo, or Peerspace.

In these cases, the policies of the external platform may also apply in addition to the guidelines outlined here. We recommend reviewing those policies prior to booking.

Space Use & Care

Our physical space is shared intentionally and treated with respect.

Clients and guests are expected to:

  • Treat the space and materials with care

  • Follow any posted or communicated guidelines

  • Respect neighboring tenants and surrounding community

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate as early as possible regarding rescheduling or cancellation options.

Safety and well-being are always prioritized.

A Shared Agreement

These policies are not meant to feel rigid or transactional. They exist to support clarity, respect, and ease — creating a container where meaningful experiences can take place.
