Are the stones exactly as photographed?
Each stone we offer is photographed individually and represents the exact piece you will receive, unless otherwise noted.
Natural variations in color, texture, translucency, and surface features are part of working with natural materials. Differences in screen settings or lighting may cause slight variations in how colors appear across devices.
How are size and weight measured?
Measurements and weights are taken carefully and listed as accurately as possible.
Because stones are irregular by nature, measurements should be understood as approximate. Weight is typically the most reliable indicator of scale.

Can I request additional photos or videos?
Yes. When possible, we are happy to provide additional photos or short videos of an item upon request.
Please note that during busy periods or travel for sourcing, response times may vary.
Do you offer holds or reserves?
We do not generally offer long-term holds.
Because many items are one of a kind, we encourage purchasing when you feel aligned. Short courtesy holds may occasionally be accommodated, but cannot be guaranteed.
We do offer terms on individual stones and groups of stones. This requires a non-refundable downpayment to hold the stone and an agreed upon payment plan.
Are your stones ethically sourced?
We approach sourcing with care, transparency, and relationship.
Whenever possible, we work directly with miners, cutters, or small suppliers. When direct sourcing is not feasible, we collaborate with conscious middlemen who operate ethically within their communities.

Do you make healing or medical claims?
No.
Hidden Gem Gallery does not make medical, psychological, or diagnostic claims about stones or minerals. Stones are not substitutes for medical care, therapy, or professional guidance.
Any experiential offerings are intended as reflective, supportive practices only.
What is stone medicine?
Stone medicine, as we approach it, is a contemplative and relational practice. Our method is rooted in ancient Daoist wisdom, Egyptian transmissions, inter-dimensional guidance, and personal direct experience.
It may involve reflection, intention, or symbolic engagement with stones, rather than outcome-driven techniques. Experiences are personal and vary from individual to individual.
Do you offer appointments or private shopping?
Yes.
We offer appointment-based experiences including private shopping, guidance sessions, and small group offerings. These are designed to provide focused, calm, and intentional time.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we offer wholesale. A large portion of our 10,000 sq ft showroom is dedicated to true wholesale priced minerals and crystals. We sell wholesale at the world's largest gem and mineral shows and offer the same low wholesale pricing everywhere that we sell. We even load up our sprinter van and travel the country bring the show to your door when you are unable to attend the shows yourself. Currently our sales routes include, the Pacific Northwest, the Mountain West, the Midwest, and the East Coast. We plan to expand to include the South, Southwest, and southern West Coast. Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local regulations related to minerals or natural materials. We recommend contacting us prior to purchase to confirm availability.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Do you host live online sales for sellers?
Hidden Gem Gallery also supports online sellers by hosting live sales sessions from our space.
We make our showroom and event space available for sellers who host personal live sales through platforms such as:

These sessions allow sellers to showcase their offerings in a calm, well-lit, and intentional environment while connecting directly with their online audiences.
